PROMOTION CODE

Orders with a promotional code that discounts the order (excluding our 10% welcome offer) are only eligible for a store credit or exchange.

SWIMWEAR

All swimwear must be tried on with underwear. The hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are non-refundable.

RETURNS

We recommend trying on all items immediately upon receipt to ensure you can return them within the return period.

The original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. niceovo.com accepts no liability for the non-delivery of returned items. We recommend sending items by registered mail or tracked delivery. Please return the product to us by tracking, as return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility until the package is received by niceovo.com.

RETURN PROCESSING TIMES

We strive to process refunds daily. However, it may take 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email once we have received your return and another email once it has been processed.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced receiving a defective product. Please contact our customer service at support@niceovo.com and include your order number and photos of the defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

The cancellation period is three days.

Order processing time is 7-15 days from the order date.
If the customer cancels the order before the delivery date and within the cancellation period stated on the website, the order may be canceled.
